We currently offer international shipping from the United Kingdom.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

If your delivery is delayed, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Used, worn, or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns apply only to purchases made directly through our official website.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days and our team will make it right.
