Returns

To return items the customer will be responsible for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns within 28 days of all online purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, unused, and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the return is accepted, we’ll send the customer a shipping address label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) do not meet our return policy criteria. Please email info@kensingtontennisclubshop.com, if you have any returns questions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure the customer gets what they want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subjected additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, they are required to contact Kensington Tennis Club Ltd within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Kensington Tennis Club Ltd will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. This refund does not include shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
